Welcome
Embark on a boundless journey, where every destination brings a new experience and unforgettable moments await you.
One country, walked properly. Oman gives you dunes that run past the horizon, a mountain range with real ridge lines, gravel roads that end at a village rather than a car park, and a majlis where the whole day gets talked over again.
We ride and walk every route before it goes into the programme. We travel with Omani guides and stay with Omani hosts. And we keep groups small enough that everyone fits around one fire.

Our tours in winter
Free between October and April?
That is desert season. Cross the Sharqiya Sands, walk into the Empty Quarter, and sleep out where the only light is the fire.
Our tours in summer
Only free between May and September?
Then go high. Jebel Akhdar and Jebel Shams hold their cool, and the south turns green under the khareef.
All tours at a glance
We pride ourselves on the testimonials our guests send us — and we still try to do the job better every day.
Experience life with Omanis firsthand — it is completely different from reading about them.
Why Oman?
Because it is one of the few places left where a desert is still just a desert. The Rub al Khali begins a few hours inland and does not stop for a thousand kilometres. The Al Hajar range rises to three thousand metres of bare limestone and drops into wadis that hold water all year. Between the two sit villages that have been irrigated by the same falaj channels for fifteen centuries.
None of that is hard to reach, which is exactly the problem — most trips see it through a window. We do it on foot and on two wheels, at the pace the ground actually asks for, with people who grew up on it. That is the whole idea: fewer transfers, more country.
